Synopsis :

Like most other traditional art form Scroll Painting is facing extinction at the advent of electronic media in the rural Bengal . All the painters are trying to explore the urban market and painting according to the demand of the city people hence loosing their identity as social communicators. But one man, Dukhushyam Chitrakar, refuses to leave the age-old legacy.  He tells the fairy tale of “Dream of Hanif” to inspire the future generation to carry on the legacy in its pure form.
